Product Description

This refrigerated van semi-trailer adopts heavy-duty and specially durable I-beams, which are welded by automatic submerged arc welding process to ensure the stability and reliability of the body structure. In terms of chassis, the vehicle adopts a 3-axle design and is equipped with BPW brand axles. The load-bearing capacity of each axle is up to 13 tons, which provides the vehicle with strong load-bearing capacity and stability. The suspension system is a spring suspension, which can effectively absorb the impact of road bumps on the vehicle and cargo, ensuring the safety and stability of the cargo during transportation. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with a JOST brand 2-inch bolt-type kingpin and a JOST brand two-speed manual heavy-duty outrigger, which provides convenient control and stability for the vehicle.

The internal dimensions of the refrigerated box are 13750×2410×2650mm, and high-density polyurethane material is used as the insulation layer to ensure the constant and stable temperature inside the box. This material not only has good thermal insulation performance, but also has good corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance, which prolongs the service life of the box.

The freezer van trailer is equipped with an independent refrigeration unit of the American Termo King brand, which has efficient refrigeration effect and stable operation performance. The independent generator TK486V provides powerful power support for the system, and the compressor model X430 C5 ensures fast and uniform refrigeration. In addition, the system is equipped with an emergency power supply system, which can provide power support for the refrigerated box in the event of a power outage to ensure the safety of the goods.
