The unique I-beam chassis adopts a bolted connection design, enabling the tank and chassis to be separated for transport, significantly enhancing operational flexibility.
The 50000 liters fuel tanker semi-trailer is fitted with 4 pcs13-ton Fuwa axles and heavy-duty mechanical suspension, complemented by a WABCO braking system and a 40L air reservoir to ensure braking safety under heavy loads. The operational system includes four sets of API pneumatic bottom valves and a 100mm discharge valve, along with foldable top guardrails and an integrated access ladder for easy maintenance. The entire vehicle undergoes rigorous sandblasting and anti-corrosion treatment, along with a three-layer coating process. It is equipped with 12R22.5 vacuum tires and JOST landing legs, reflecting the comprehensive consideration of safety and practicality in professional tanker design.
