The Beiben 4×4 off-road oil tanker truck is a specialized transport vehicle developed on the basis of Beiben's all-wheel-drive off-road chassis, with the addition of a dedicated tank body, oil pump, and pipeline system. It is specifically designed for the safe transportation of liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel under complex terrain conditions. The vehicle consists of two main parts: the all-wheel-drive chassis and the superstructure system. The chassis is designed for high traversability, featuring 14.00R20 off-road tires and an air braking system. The superstructure system includes the tank body, oil transfer pipelines, and safety devices. Powered by a Weichai 290 HP engine, the vehicle boasts a 30% gradeability and a minimum ground clearance of 500 mm, ensuring stable performance in harsh road conditions.

In terms of the superstructure system, this Beiben 4×4 fuel tanker is equipped with a 10,000-liter carbon steel tank. The interior is divided into two compartments and with anti-wave baffles, allowing for the simultaneous transport of two different types of oil. The tank is fitted with European standard aluminum alloy manhole covers, breathing valve valves, and static electricity elimination devices to ensure operational safety. The fuel pumping system combines a high-flow fuel pump with a precision pipeline network, enabling efficient and accurate unloading operations through the flexible control of multi-way ball valves. This comprehensive superstructure system makes the Beiben 4×4 fuel bowser an ideal solution for challenging field operation environments.

Tanker Body

Manhole Cover

The top of the tank is equipped with a European standard manhole cover made of aluminum alloy. It is equipped with a breathing valve, which will automatically open to reduce the tank pressure when the tank pressure is higher than the external pressure.

 

Flow Meter
