3. Tank Body Features of the Beiben 6×6 Fuel Bowser
• Tank Material: The tank body is made of 5mm-thick carbon steel. Aluminum alloy or stainless steel can also be used based on customer requirements.
• Compartments: Divided into 3 compartments for storing different types of oil products.
• Oil Pump: A well-known Chinese brand arc gear oil pump with a flow rate of 60 m³/h.
• Oil Meter: Options include single-count, dual-count, or tax-controlled fuel dispensers.
• Breathing Valve: To maintain balanced pressure between the tank interior and atmospheric pressure during operation, a breathing valve is installed on the manhole cover of the tank. When the oil inside expands due to heat or when the tank is being filled (increasing internal pressure), the upper valve of the breathing valve opens if the internal pressure exceeds external pressure by 8 kPa. Conversely, when oil is pumped out or contracts due to cooling (reducing internal pressure), the lower valve opens if the internal pressure falls below external pressure by 3 kPa.
