It adopts the NG80B long cab with a 4×2 drive configuration, equipped with an 8,000-liter large-capacity carbon steel water tank and a Weilong professional water pump system. It is primarily used for urban road sprinkling, garden irrigation, construction site dust suppression, and other sanitation tasks. Power System:

The Beiben 8000L Water Tank Truck is powered by a Weichai WP10.290E32 turbocharged diesel engine. This 9.726-liter inline six-cylinder engine features EGR technology and intercooling, delivering a rated power of 290 horsepower and complying with Euro III emission standards. The engine produces a peak torque of 1,160 Nm at 1,200–1,600 rpm, making its low-speed, high-torque characteristics particularly suitable for the frequent start-stop operations of water trucks. It is paired with a Beiben 430 diaphragm spring clutch and a 9JS150A transmission, offering nine forward gears and one reverse gear to ensure optimal power output under different working conditions.

Water Tank System:

The Beiben 8000L Water Cart Truck’s tank is made of high-quality Q235 carbon steel with a capacity of 8,000 liters, enabling large-area continuous operation. The interior of the tank is specially treated for corrosion resistance and includes maintenance features such as manholes and ladders, emphasizing durability and ease of maintenance. The tank adopts a scientifically designed compartmentalized structure, effectively reducing the impact of liquid sloshing on driving safety while facilitating water distribution for different operation modes.

Spraying System:

The spraying system is centered around the Weilong 65QZF-40/45 professional water pump, delivering a flow rate of 40 m³/h and a head of 45 meters, with a self-priming height of up to 6.5 meters. The system supports multiple operation modes, including front flushing, rear spraying, side spraying, and water cannon, allowing quick switching and precise water flow adjustment through well-designed piping and high-quality valve controls. The water cannon has a range of over 35 meters, making it particularly suitable for dust suppression in large areas such as construction sites. The entire system is constructed with corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring long-term durability and user-friendly operation.
