» Ⅳ. Beiben fire engine function and structure:
1. Cabin
Structure: A double-row integrated welded structure with a dedicated hydraulic flipping mechanism.
Seating arrangement: 2+4 configuration, with 2 seats in the front row and 4 seats in the rear row. Four air respirator racks are installed at the backrest of the rear row.
Equipment: The driver's cab is equipped with a power take-off switch for the water pump, as well as switches for the siren and warning lights.
2. Pump Room
Installation Type: Rear-mounted
Configuration: The pump room houses the water pump and piping system, characterized by a compact design and scientifically arranged layout. All instruments, indicator lights, and control switches are positioned for convenient operation by firefighters, with clear text labels provided for each component.
3. Piping System
Inlet Ports: The rear of the pump room is equipped with one Ø125mm suction inlet and one Ø125mm water inlet pipe, which connects the liquid tank to the water pump.
Filling Ports: One Ø80mm external tank filling interface is provided on each side of the pump room.
Outlet Ports: One Ø80mm outlet with a valve and one Ø65mm outlet with a valve are installed on each side of the pump room.
Residual Water Drainage Line: To protect the water pump and various ball valves, a residual water drainage ball valve is incorporated into the piping system.
Cooling Water Line: An auxiliary cooling device is integrated into the piping system to ensure the proper operation of the power take-off (PTO) unit.
4. Tanks
Capacity: Water 10000 liters, foam 2000 liters
Material: Carbon steel water tank, stainless steel foam tank
Structure: Tooling and mold forming and welding, with internal longitudinal and transverse anti-sway baffles.
Fittings: 2 Ø450mm manhole cover, with quick-opening locking device
5. Equipment Compartment
Material: High-quality steel and aluminum alloy profiles.
Structure: The external frame and outer skin are made of premium Q235A steel, while the internal framework consists of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles. The floor is constructed from aluminum alloy plates with an anodized surface treatment.
Compartment Doors: Made of lightweight, high-quality aluminum alloy and equipped with large aluminum alloy roll-up doors.
Internal Structure: The interior framework utilizes aluminum profile overlap technology, maximizing space utilization and adaptability.
Footstep Plate: The frame is made of high-quality steel, and the surface is covered with anti-skid patterned sheet metal.
